WELCOME TO THE NURTURE COLLECTIVE

A space to pause, reflect, and feel supported through every stage of motherhood.

The Nurture Collective is more than a book club - it’s a community for mothers who want to stay connected, grounded, and inspired. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early months, or rediscovering yourself as your children grow, you’re in the right place.

Each gathering features books chosen specifically for that stage of motherhood, offering relevant insights, comfort, and perspective for the season you are in. It’s supportive, nourishing, and designed to meet you wherever you are in your motherhood journey.

You’ll also be guided by our monthly in-person gatherings with Harriet and Devora - a gentle space for reflection, connection, and community. Each session blends meaningful book discussions with mindful practices, grounding exercises, and heartfelt conversation, giving mothers the chance to pause, breathe, and feel truly supported.

Whether you’re here for restoration, reconnection, or a quiet pause for yourself, The Nurture Collective offers a nurturing space for real transformation.

This is your invitation to continue the journey - with care, with intention, and in community.

From guided discussions to thoughtful wellness practices, each session offers both reflection and practical support. These gatherings provide the opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and learn from other mothers navigating similar seasons.

Learn Through Shared Experiences

Each gathering features books chosen specifically for the stage of motherhood you’re in, offering relevant insights, comfort, and perspective. Combined with grounding exercises, mindful practices, and reflective conversation, every session is designed to nurture both your mind and spirit.

Engage with Curated  Books & Practices

This isn’t motherhood in isolation. Here, you’re surrounded by other women who understand the joys and challenges of this season. Through our monthly in-person gatherings, shared discussions, and supportive environment, you’ll find connection, reassurance, and gentle encouragement.

Connect with a Like-Minded Community

Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early months, or rediscovering yourself as your children grow, The Nurture Collective is here to support you. It’s a space to return to - again and again - for inspiration, connection, and meaningful reflection.

A Place to Pause & Belong

THE NURTURE COLLECTIVE IS YOUR SPACE

Over the three months, you’ll build small, practical habits that make a real difference in your day-to-day life. From short check-ins to easy weekly exercises, these routines help you feel steadier, more balanced, and more connected to yourself - both as a mother and as you. They’re tools you can keep using long after the programme ends.

 Create Simple, Supportive Habits

This is a space to meet yourself more deeply. Whether you’re working on embracing change, restoring balance, or simply taking a moment for yourself, the Nurture Collective offers tools and practices to help you reconnect with your inner self.

Reconnect With Yourself

Motherhood changes your life in big ways, and it’s easy to lose touch with your own needs. Each month, you’ll try simple practices that help you pause, reflect, and check in with yourself. These sessions give you space to notice how you’re feeling, focus on what you need, and care for the parts of you that often get put last.

Sustain the Journey of Motherhood

How It All Works

The Nurture Collective is a three-month membership for mothers who want practical support, connection, and time to reflect on their journey. Each month, you attend a guided session focused on one of three themes: Becoming, Being, and Evolving.

Becoming (expectant mothers)
Tuesdays
3rd February, 3rd March, 7th April 2026
9:00–11:30 AM

Being (new mothers)
Wednesdays
4th February, 4th March, 8th April 2026
9:00–11:30 AM

Evolving (mothers beyond the baby stage) Thursdays
5th February, 5th March, 9th April 2026
9:00–11:30 AM

Your Schedule

You’ll stay with the same group across all three months, which helps build trust, comfort, and a sense of belonging. This continuity allows you to explore each theme fully, share openly, and apply the practices in your everyday life.

CONSISTENCY MATTERS

Between gatherings, you’ll receive short prompts and practical exercises to stay grounded and connected to the theme - without adding pressure or extra work.

SUPPORT BEYOND SESSIONS

  • Book-led discussions tailored to your stage of motherhood

INCLUSIONS

Do I need to read the books?

No - our book selections are chosen to support and inspire you at this stage of life, but there’s never any pressure to read them. You’ll also receive workbooks that complement the content, so you can engage at your own pace.

Can I join just one session?

The Nurture Collective is designed as a three-month membership experience. We ask that you commit to all three sessions to fully benefit from the community and connection with others over the three months.

Can I cancel?

We understand that life happens. You can receive up to a 100% refund of the session cost if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session. That said, please only commit to book clubs if you feel confident attending all three sessions to ensure the experience is meaningful for everyone.
