In the whirlwind of modern life, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself amidst all the roles you play. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like there's never enough time for you. The Book Club was designed with exactly this in mind—a safe, supportive space where you can hit pause, gather with like-minded women, and reconnect with who you truly are.
More than just a book club, this is a sanctuary where personal growth meets soulful self-care. Each month, we combine the transformative power of personal development books with calming wellness practices like sound healing, yin yoga, and breathwork—all designed to help you ground yourself, slow down, and release the stresses of life. It’s a gentle, nurturing retreat for your mind, body, and spirit.
We know you crave more than just another to-do on your list. You want meaningful moments of connection, tools to manage stress, and a community that gets you. That’s exactly what The Book Club offers. It's a space to step away from the noise of life and tap into something deeper. You’ll leave not only feeling more balanced but also armed with empowering knowledge and practices to carry forward into your everyday world.
With practices like yin yoga, sound healing, reiki and breathwork, you’ll learn to tune into your body’s needs and embrace a deeper sense of self-awareness.

We meet once a month on a weekday at a location in Dubai from 9am -11.30am. The dates and venue will be confirmed before we open applications so you will be able to block them out in your diary. We also run an evening option on a Tuesday if you are unable to join us during the day, or simply you prefer to wind down the day with us.
Each month, vote on our book choices. I’ll share options and the one with the most votes becomes our next read.
Stay in the loop with book choices, updates, and group chats. Feel free to drop in as much or as little as you like!
Reading the book is optional—no quizzes here! Join the discussion even if you haven’t finished the book.
Receive fun workbooks with prompts for deeper reflection. They’re optional but great for personal insights and application.

At the moment yes. The groups meet on either Wednesday or Thursday mornings, at the Lolo House in Al Quoz. The dates are always confirmed and shared before the spots are opened. We are looking into an evening option for the Book Club, and we do also have the Online Book Club if you are not able to make those timings.
No absolutely not! We welcome women from all walks of life looking to connect, grow, and take some time for themselves.
The price includes monthly in-person gatherings, a curated workbook with reflection prompts, wellness practices, a delicious breakfast with coffee and a smoothie, and access to our private WhatsApp group for ongoing support and connection. You'll also get exclusive book selections, insightful discussions, and a welcoming community which is quite frankly, priceless!
Nope, this is more about grounding and connecting. We do light grounding, restorative wellness practices, like meditation or breathwork, to help calm the mind and body.
While the wellness practices we explore may have spiritual roots, they are always accessible and adaptable for everyone. The focus is on grounding, relaxation, and connecting with yourself, rather than any specific spiritual beliefs. You can engage in a way that feels comfortable for you!
Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you can relax, recharge, and connect. The motto for the Book Club is Empower your Mind, Nourish your Soul and Open your Heart. Each month includes mindful wellness practices, thought provoking discussions and nourishing soul connections with yourself and others. You'll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and supported by a community of like-minded women!
